5. Payments

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to remove or protect window treatments, furniture, wall décor, valuables, pets, or other items that could interfere with or be affected by the work, where practical.

7. Installation & Existing Conditions

Window and door replacement involves removing existing units from your home's openings. Even with careful workmanship, removal can reveal or affect surrounding materials such as drywall, paint, trim, stucco, brick, or siding.

Minor touch-up needs around openings, hidden rot or water damage, and non-standard framing do not indicate faulty workmanship and may require additional work, which we will discuss with you before proceeding when reasonably possible.

8. Products & Product Characteristics

Windows, doors, glass, frames, hardware, trim, and other products may have manufacturer-related variations in color, texture, dimensions, appearance, or finish.

Products manufactured by third parties, including Andersen, are covered by the manufacturer's own warranties, subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, and claim procedures.

9. Warranties & Repairs

Bradley James Windows & Doors stands behind the workmanship of the services we provide. If you believe there is a workmanship issue with your project, you agree to notify us within a reasonable time after noticing the issue so we can review the concern.

Any specific warranties, warranty durations, manufacturer warranties, or repair commitments applicable to your project will be described, if applicable, in your written agreement, proposal, warranty documentation, or other project materials.
